The Tippecanoe Latino Festival is an annual community event hosted by LCWE. This event is free and open to all. Each year the festival hosts organizations, businesses, food vendors, and live entertainment. This serves as an opportunity for these groups to get to know the members of the community, to provide resources, and most importantly to showcase our diverse and vibrant culture and traditions. All of the funds raised at the festival go right back into the community. These funds are used to award our annual scholarship and to host our other signature free events like Dia del Nino and Winter Holiday Celebration.

Sponsorship information

Deadline to Complete: August 1, 2025

As a sponsor, you will have the opportunity to interact with over 2,000 participants, have access to social media promotion, and grow your reach.

Sponsorship Levels

Corporate Level - $3,600 until June 27th, 2025. ($4,000 after June 28th)
Advertisement:

• Full-page ad in the Festival program (order in the program will be by application submission)

• Large logo on the official poster

• Name on all official printed advertising

• Announcement as a sponsor throughout Festival

• Logo on stage banner

• Self-Announcement on stage at Festival

• (3) Video Promotions

  • Two 30-sec videos provided by sponsor; we’ll edit and post on social media.

  • One 30–60 sec video recorded at the festival and shared after the event.

Festival:

• Priority booth placement (20x10ft)

• (2) 10x10ft tents

• (2) table & (4) chairs

• One VIP Parking Spot
  

Platinum Level -  $1,800 until June 27th, 2025. ($2,000 after June 28th)
Advertisement:

• Medium logo on the official poster

• Announcement as a sponsor throughout Festival

• Logo on stage banner

• (2) Video Promotions

  • One 30-sec video provided by sponsor; we’ll edit and post on social media.

Gold Level - $900 until June 27th, 2025. ($1,000 after June 28th)

• 1/2-page ad in the Festival program (after Platinum level)

• Logo on Gold Sponsor banner near front stage.

• One 30–60 sec video recorded at the festival and shared after the event.

• Small logo in festival program

Registered Non-Profit - $100

• TLF posters that can be displayed at your organization/business

• Recognition in the TLF annual marketing piece (contingent on meeting the application deadline)

• Recognition on the TLF and LCWE social media pages

Vendor information

As a food or artisanal vendor, you will have the opportunity to interact with over 2,000 participants, have access to social media promotion, and grow your reach. We will have a limited number of food and artisanal vendors so you will have exclusive access to attendees. If your application is accepted, you will be notified within 14 days.
